01 Who we are

Information you give us when you book a call

When you schedule a call through the booking page, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter so we can set up and prepare for the meeting. This typically includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide it
• The date, time, and time zone you select for the call
• Answers to any questions on the booking form (for example, your company name, trade, or website)
• Any other details you choose to include in notes or messages

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, certain information is collected automatically by our hosting provider and the services embedded on our pages:

• Device and browser information — such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type
• Usage information — such as the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the site or ad that referred you

Cookies and similar technologies

The services we embed (such as the booking calendar) may set cookies or use similar technologies to function properly, remember your preferences, and keep the scheduling session working. If you reach this site by clicking one of our online ads, the advertising platform (such as Meta or Google) may use cookies to measure that click. 03 Third-party services we use

We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to run this site and book calls. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:

• Calendly — powers the embedded booking calendar and processes the scheduling details you enter. See Calendly’s Privacy Notice.
• Google Fonts — delivers the fonts used on this site; your IP address is shared with Google to serve them. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Hostinger — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.

If we add analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) to measure our ads, this policy will be updated to name them and describe the data they collect.

04 How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, prepare for, and conduct the call you book with us
• Respond to your questions and follow up about our services
• Determine whether our lead generation service is a fit for your business
• Operate, maintain, and improve this website

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, to manage your booking, follow up, and keep records of our communications — or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove information that identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your choices below).

07 Your choices and rights

You can:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information
• Cancel or reschedule a call using the link in your Calendly confirmation email
• Opt out of follow-up messages by replying and asking us to stop

08 Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and the providers we use maintain their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 Children’s privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
